רָעָ֞ב כִּֽי־יִהְיֶ֣ה בָאָ֗רֶץ דֶּ֣בֶר כִּֽי־יִֽ֠הְיֶה שִׁדָּפ֨וֹן וְיֵרָק֜וֹן אַרְבֶּ֤ה וְחָסִיל֙ כִּ֣י יִהְיֶ֔ה כִּ֧י יָֽצַר־ל֛וֹ אוֹיְבָ֖יו בְּאֶ֣רֶץ שְׁעָרָ֑יו כָּל־נֶ֖גַע וְכָֽל־מַחֲלָֽה׃
Y si hubiere hambre en la tierra, ó si hubiere pestilencia, si hubiere tizoncillo ó añublo, langosta ó pulgón; ó si los cercaren sus enemigos en la tierra de su domicilio; cualquiera plaga ó enfermedad que sea;

whatsoever plague, whatsoever sickness (there be) The meaning is: I have mentioned to You pestilence, blast and mildew, being struck down [in battle], and lack of rainfall, and what else can I include, but whatsoever plague, whatsoever sickness there may be, and he pray and spread forth his hands toward this House, and this is what it says.
